The location was marvellous as it was next to a tube station. Besides, it was 2 km away from a late Renaissance church. The food was appetising and the bar was lovely.

The double room was clean and absolutely perfect with an extra bed, so that guests had essentials. I got essential facilities, like a storage space and coffee. - the setting was brilliant, so close to a fantastic coffee shop as well as Aurelian walls of Rome.

The staff here is very attentive and excellent, and the facilities are nice.

The suite was fantastic with a lovely terrace; it had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem in a great location. Just a hop away from Ottovania metro and a short walk to St. Peters and the Vatican. The owners, Julia and the team, were incredibly welcoming. Upon arrival, Julia greeted us with a warm smile and showed us to our spacious room. The modern design and cleanliness of the place exceeded our expectations. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a powerful rainfall shower. We also loved the lovely terrace where we could relax and people-watch. The bed was comfortable and the addition of a kitchen and coffee machine in the hall was a great bonus. We highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience.

The stay here was great, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with awesome location near the coliseum and vatican, a fantastic coffee shop and most shops.

Our room at Fabio Massimo Guest House was absolutely charming and unique. The combination of opulence and coziness made us feel right at home. The dreamy bedding made us want to hibernate! Clean hotel in a nice quiet area. Amicable staff always on hand. Early check-in, modern rooms with an extra bed, big terrace, great facilities. Great location, amazing restaurant. Delicious food in the restaurants such as La Pratolina, located 5 min away. Simply no complains at all, very nice stay.

The location of Fabio Massimo Guest House was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I walked to all the major attractions like Via del Corso, the Spanish stairs, and even the Vatican in just a few minutes. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities, including a smart TV that easily connected to my phone. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available for guests. The staff, especially Julia at the reception and Violeta the cleaning lady, were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had an amazing stay at Fabio Massimo Guest House. The room was immaculate and had a modern and luxurious feel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station. I especially loved the terrace in my superior suite room, it was a true oasis. The free wifi was fast and reliable, and there was even a safe in the room for added security. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Rome.
